X-CISE APPLICATION 3

This application shows an X-CISE monitoring an installation comprising of a three separate batteries, the relays are being used to switch off non essential circuits in the event of a low voltage being detected on any battery bank. Each circuit can have different set points with or without delay and can have either a single master reset or individual reset levels. The master reset signal is normally derived from the charging source which indicates that either a battery charger has been switched on or an alternator is charging or some other form of input whose voltage is above the reset level.

The circuit is an example how such a system would be implemented, full wiring instructions are generated applicable to each installation. The voltage switch off - on levels are set as requested and agreed with our technical group who would be pleased to offer advice if required. We can offer suitable relays for each application however if you wish to use your own relays please consult with our technical group as to their suitability.
