Recommended Maximum Charging Voltage for AGM & Gel batteries 14.8 volts. This is not the recommended continuous charging voltage but the absolute maximum value. (Our X-ALT range of alternator chargers is set to charge at this maximum value but operates on a cyclic charge mode and therefore produces the optimum charge routine without over charging or damaging the batteries). |

Recommended Float Charging Voltage for AGM & Gel batteries 13.8 - 14.1 volts. This voltage value is the normal float charging voltage for alternators and battery chargers. |

| Number of charging cycles @ 50% discharge for GEL batteries:- 550. |
| Number of charging cycles @ 70% discharge for AGM batteries:- 300. |
